Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The MVP Club, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your items in line with the policy below.

How to Return an Item

  1. Complete the Returns Form included in your parcel.

  2. Repack your items in their original packaging, making sure they are unworn and unwashed.

  3. Post your items back to us at the returns address provided.

Conditions of Return

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • All swing tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

  • Sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was sent).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of your return for your refund to appear.

  • Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit to use on your next order.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Please state clearly on your Returns Form the item/size you wish to exchange for.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@themvpclub.store within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a free return or replacement.
